Introduction

Welcome to ibet8 (hereinafter referred to as "ibet8", "we", "us", or "the Platform"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", or "you") and ibet8 governing your access to and use of the ibet8 website located at https://ibet8.cam, its subdomains, mobile-optimised interfaces, and all related gaming, betting, and customer support services (collectively, the "Services").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, depositing funds, placing a wager, or otherwise using any part of the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your account.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with ibet8's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form an integral part of the overall agreement between you and ibet8.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

Term	Definition
Account	A registered user account created on the ibet8 Platform, enabling the User to access the Services, deposit funds, and place wagers.
Balance	The aggregate monetary value of funds held in a User's ibet8 Account at any given time, denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) or an equivalent supported currency.
Bonus Funds	Promotional credits awarded by ibet8 to a User's Account subject to specific wagering requirements, expiry windows, and terms as published per promotion.
KYC	Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process conducted by ibet8 pursuant to its anti-money laundering obligations and responsible gambling commitments.
Platform	The ibet8 website (https://ibet8.cam), mobile interfaces, gaming software, and all related digital services operated by ibet8.
Services	All products and features offered on the Platform, including sports betting, live casino, slot games, promotions, customer support, and payment processing.
Wagering Requirement	The number of times a Bonus Fund amount must be staked through qualifying bets before any derived winnings may be withdrawn. Also referred to as "rollover requirement".
Void Bet	A wager that is cancelled and fully refunded to the User's Account, typically due to event cancellation, technical error, or rule breach, as determined by ibet8 in its sole discretion.

Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on ibet8, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Services:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age. ibet8 strictly prohibits access to its Services by individuals under the age of 21. This age threshold is consistent with the minimum age requirements applied by internationally licensed gambling operators in Southeast Asia. ibet8 will verify age as part of the KYC process.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• Single Account: You are permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or proxy accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.
• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration — including your full name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details — must be accurate, complete, and current. ibet8 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information provided.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a voluntary or regulatory self-exclusion order that prohibits you from accessing gambling services.
• Not an ibet8 Employee: Current employees, contractors, directors, or immediate family members of ibet8 personnel are not eligible to register a player Account.

Account Registration & Security

Registration on ibet8 is subject to the following conditions and obligations:

Deposits & Withdrawals

ibet8 supports a range of Malaysian payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. All transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified.

• Minimum Deposit: RM10 for e-wallet channels; RM50 for FPX and DuitNow bank transfers. Cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20) minimum is USDT 20.
• Deposit Processing: E-wallet deposits are typically credited instantly. FPX and DuitNow bank transfers are generally processed within 5 to 10 minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits require 1 to 2 blockchain confirmations and may take 15 to 30 minutes.
• Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawals are available only to fully KYC-verified Accounts. Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible, subject to platform and payment provider rules.
• Withdrawal Processing Time: e-Wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are processed within 5 to 30 minutes under normal circumstances. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 15 to 60 minutes. Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods or pending security review.
• Withdrawal Fees: ibet8 does not charge a platform fee for standard withdrawals. Network fees applicable to cryptocurrency withdrawals are the responsibility of the User.
• Source of Funds: ibet8 reserves the right to request evidence of the source of funds deposited into your Account as part of its anti-money laundering compliance obligations. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence may result in Account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.
• Dormant Accounts: Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be designated as dormant. ibet8 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee of MYR 50 to dormant Account balances after giving reasonable notice, subject to applicable law.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the ibet8 Platform are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any sport-specific or game-specific rules published on the Platform:

Bonuses & Promotions

ibet8 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general conditions apply to all ibet8 bonuses:

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to fully registered, KYC-verified players aged 21 and above. Unless a promotion expressly states that it is available to both new and existing players, welcome bonuses are limited to first-time depositing accounts.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified per promotion (typically 10x to 20x the bonus amount). Wagering must be completed within the stated expiry period, which is typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of bonus credit.
• Game Contribution: Slot games typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Table games including baccarat, blackjack, and roulette generally contribute 10% to 20%. The exact contribution schedule for each promotion is published in the individual promotion terms.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus Play: While Bonus Funds remain in your Account and wagering requirements are outstanding, the maximum permitted bet per round or event is typically MYR 250 to MYR 500, as specified in the relevant promotion terms. Exceeding this limit may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Maximum Cash-Out: Certain promotions apply a cap on the maximum amount withdrawable from bonus-derived winnings. This cap is expressed as a multiple of the original bonus amount (e.g., 3x the bonus) and is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one active bonus may be held per Account at any time unless a promotion explicitly permits the concurrent use of multiple offers.
• Bonus Abuse: ibet8 reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings in cases where the Platform reasonably determines that a User has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk hedging bets to circumvent wagering requirements, or exploiting technical errors.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ibet8 Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and the forfeiture of any Account balance:

• Registering more than one Account, or assisting another person to register an Account on your behalf or for the purpose of circumventing restrictions applied to a prior Account.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates applicable law.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities on the Platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence software to place bets, access the Platform, or otherwise interact with the Services in a non-human manner.
• Engaging in coordinated or syndicated betting activities across multiple Accounts to exploit promotional offers or circumvent betting limits.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward ibet8 support staff or other Users via any communication channel.
• Attempting to charge back, reverse, or dispute a payment after wagering the deposited funds on the Platform.

Intellectual Property

All content on the ibet8 Platform — including but not limited to the ibet8 brand name, logo, trade dress, software, platform architecture, written content, graphics, icons, and audiovisual elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of ibet8 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content on the Platform without the express prior written consent of ibet8.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ibet8, its directors, officers, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorised Account access where ibet8 was not negligent in maintaining its security systems.
• Service interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure failures, internet outages, or force majeure events beyond ibet8's reasonable control.
• Any decision to void, settle, or reverse a bet in accordance with these Terms or applicable sports or gaming rules.
• Loss of profits or opportunities arising from your inability to access the Platform during scheduled or emergency maintenance periods.

In all cases where ibet8's liability cannot be excluded by law, ibet8's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by you during the 30-day period immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

Responsible Gambling

ibet8 is firmly committed to the promotion of responsible gambling and the protection of vulnerable individuals. The following responsible gambling provisions form a mandatory part of these Terms:

• Age Restriction: The Services are available exclusively to individuals aged 21 years and above. ibet8 employs age verification technology and conducts manual KYC checks to enforce this requirement rigorously.
• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Accounts via the responsible gambling tools available in the Account settings. Requests to increase deposit limits are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period before taking effect. Requests to decrease limits take effect immediately.
• Session Limits & Reality Checks: Players may configure session time limits and receive regular reality check reminders to encourage mindful gambling behaviour.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel they need a break from gambling may apply for a voluntary self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, 1 year, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the elected period.

Suspension & Termination

ibet8 reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any applicable Platform rules or policies.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct.
• Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by the User in relation to deposits made to the Platform.
• Regulatory or legal requirement mandating the restriction of Services to a particular User or jurisdiction.

Upon Account closure initiated by ibet8 for cause, any Bonus Funds and associated winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to the User via the original deposit method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements and ibet8's anti-money laundering review process.

A User may close their Account voluntarily at any time by contacting ibet8 Customer Support. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to the User's verified payment method.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ibet8 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in accordance with the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body as nominated by ibet8.

In the first instance, ibet8 encourages all Users to raise disputes directly with ibet8's Customer Support team, who will endeavour to resolve the matter promptly and fairly. Formal arbitration proceedings should be considered a last resort after internal dispute resolution has been attempted.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent ibet8 from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where such relief is necessary to protect ibet8's legitimate business interests.

Amendments to These Terms

ibet8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Revisions will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Where a material change is made to these Terms — particularly any change that affects User rights or obligations — ibet8 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via email, Platform notification, or both.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Services and request Account closure. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically and remain informed of any updates.
